What is True Maverick Camp?

True Maverick Camp is an adult only, 3-day/2-night, once-in-a-lifetime experience where you’ll live like a Dallas Mavericks player! Experience first-class accommodations, Draft Day, customized Mavs gear, coaching from NBA legends, and the opportunity to meet top executives within the Mavs organization.

What is included in the experience?

  • 3-Day/2 Nights’ Accommodations at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel
  • All transportation provided by Lexus during the event

  • Draft Day Experience
  • Topflight Meals – All Food and Beverage Included

What is the cost of True Maverick Camp?

True Maverick Camp is $10,000.00 per person.

Who can attend True Maverick Camp?

All adults ages 21 years and older.

Is there a limit on how many spots can be purchased by an individual?

No, there is no limit on how many spots one person can purchase.

Can I purchase a spot for someone else?

Yes, you can purchase a spot for another person. Simply put their name in the registration form when filling it out.

Is there a discount if you purchase more than one spot?

There is no discount for purchasing more than one spot.

Will a waiver be required to participate in True Maverick Camp?

Yes, a signed waiver is required to participate in the camp.

Will masks and/or vaccinations be required to attend?

No, masks and/or vaccinations will not be required at this time, unless Dallas County COVID-19 guidelines change.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will need to be confirmed on or before August 1, 2024 and will receive a full refund.  No cancellations and no refunds will be allowed after August 1, 2024.

I have a disability; can I still attend?

Yes, you can still attend the camp.

Will I still be able to participate if I’ve never played basketball before?

Yes, you will still be able to participate. No prior basketball knowledge is required!

What is the level of physical activity during the camp?

There will be practices and basketball games played during the camp, averaging about a one-hour duration at a time.

What if I have allergies or specific food restrictions?

Please provide this information at the time of registration.

I want to attend but I cannot make these dates. Will this event be held at another time as well?
