After an impressive High School Career, Jazian Gortman joined Overtime Elite where he played for the YNG Dreamerz, posting averages of 13.9 points, 3.9 assists, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game. Gortman went undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft but later signed with the Milwaukee Bucks, joining the Bucks’ Summer League Team. After his time with the Bucks, Gortman spent time with the Wisconsin Herd and Rip City Remix in the NBA G League, where he averaged 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game.
Gortman signed with the Mavs on a two-way contract on July 12, 2024.
