SUITE RENTAL FAQ

A representative from Levy Restaurants will contact you to provide menu options no later than 30 days before your scheduled game. You will work directly with Levy to select your food/beverage package – whether you choose to select a convenient pre-selected menu, or build your own dining experience a-la-carte

No. All catering must be coordinated through Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center.

Parking for suite guests is located in the Lexus Garage via N. Houston St. Your suite rental includes a select number of Lexus Garage parking passes. Each vehicle will need a separate parking pass to enter this garage.

Yes. Simply contact your Mavs Account Executive. Lexus Garage parking is sold for $25 per pass.

Yes. You may add additional tickets within your suite for an additional charge. These tickets will be standing room only, but located within your specific suite. Simply contact your Mavs Account Executive to purchase additional tickets.

Note: Food/beverage packages are not adjusted when additional tickets are added. If additional tickets are needed, we recommend also increasing your food/beverage order to account for the additional guests.

While any entrance is accessible, the most convenient entry is located on the North side of American Airlines Center, just across from the Lexus Garage. Look for a black awning labeled “Platinum Premier.” This entrance is only available to VIP and suite guests.

All arena doors will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
