The DFW Bigger Than Basketball Coalition was originally created as Count It Coalition, a nonpartisan coalition of North Texas professional basketball teams committed to promoting local and national civic engagement, raising awareness and increasing voter access and participation.
It has evolved to encompass more than civic engagement issues, and now addresses racial inequalities, disparities and other critical issues across all communities.
