• The Chime Lane can be found on the east side of the American Airlines Center on North Houston Street, towards the South Plaza. Look for the Chime green doors, you can’t miss it!

Yes! The Chime Lane is open to all Chime members and two guests with a valid ticket.
For a seamless entrance, the Chime Lane is a bagless entry point. Bags, wristlets, clutch or wallets 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted at all entrances. No purses or bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” are allowed at the Chime Lane. Medical bags and parenting bags are permitted and subject to security inspection.
