Payment Options

Pay In Full

Pay your balance with one complete payment and get ROWDY, PROUD & LOUD!

4-Month – Pay in 4 Equal Installments

First payment due at renewal, with three subsequent payments auto-drafted on (April 15, May 15, and June 17)

Monthly Auto-Renewal

Pay your renewal balance in equal monthly installments over the course of a year. The first payment is due at  time of renewal and subsequent payments will be auto drafted on the 15th of each month beginning in April. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will run the next business day. Credit card or bank draft is required to participate. Your Club Maverick Membership will automatically renew for the following season if you do not opt out. Multiple delinquent payments on the Auto Renewal plan will result in the inability to continue this plan for the following seasons. 

2024 NBA Playoff Ticket Options

As a Club Maverick Member, you have an exclusive window to reserve tickets for the Dallas Mavericks run in the 2024 NBA Playoffs. During the checkout process for your 2024-2025 Club Maverick Membership, you will be prompted with the option to purchase tickets for the Playoffs.

This purchase will opt you in for the entirety of the Mavs’ 2024 Playoffs run, with specific games being assigned to your account based on your Club Maverick Membership plan (see below for eligible games by plan type). By opting into this purchase, you are committing to all home games assigned to your plan, for all rounds played by the Mavericks. If you choose not to pre-purchase Playoff tickets, you can purchase single game tickets to individual Playoff games when they go on sale to the general public.

To opt-in for the Playoffs, you must notify the Mavs (either through your online renewal or your Account Executive) no later than March 15, 2024. By opting in, you authorize the Dallas Mavericks to charge your payment method on file at the conclusion of each Playoffs round based on the games played. If you are not renewing your 2024-2025 Club Maverick Membership but still wish to opt-in for the 2024 Playoffs, you will be charged for all possible Playoff games up front, and refunded for any games not played at the conclusion of the Playoffs.

Full Season and Half Season Club Maverick Members will have rights to their seats for the entire Playoffs run. We cannot guarantee Mini Plan Members their exact seats.

How do I renew online?

Log into your Mavs Account Manager here.

How do I upgrade my seats or add additional seats?

Contact your Mavs Account Executive to assist in the upgrade process or add additional seats to your membership. You will also have the opportunity to attend an annual Club Maverick Relocation Event in the coming months. More information to follow. 

How can I add parking to my 2024-25 Club Maverick membership?

Please contact your Account Executive to add parking to your account.

How do I access my 2024-25 season tickets?

All tickets are digital and will be uploaded onto your Account Manager that you may access through the Official Dallas Mavericks app or online. There is no option for printed tickets.

When will the NBA schedule be released?

The NBA schedule is typically released in the month of August each year.

Do the Dallas Mavericks have an app?

Yes. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download the Official Dallas Mavericks app to access your gameday tickets and more. 

If I purchase season tickets, can I resell individual games?

Club Maverick Members must abide by all reselling Terms & Conditions. Violations of the Terms & Conditions may result in membership cancellation.  

Do I need to do anything if I’m already on the auto-renew plan?

Yes! We still need to know if you want your Playoff tickets and how you would like to pay for those tickets. Please log into your online Account Manager and complete your renewal by confirming your payment plan and card on file and selecting your Playoff option.

Can I pay for my season tickets with crypto currency?

Absolutely! Please contact your Account Manager to complete a crypto transaction. Please note, crypto currency cannot be used as part of a monthly payment plan.
